Dr. Aaron Glover, Head of School and Upper Campus Principal
On April 2, 2023, the board announced Dr. Aaron Glover as the Head of School and High School Principal of King’s Academy Christian School. Dr. Glover succeeds the late Dr. Wayne McEntire, who faithfully served King’s Academy from 2019 to 2023.
A Tyler-area native, Dr. Glover graduated from Whitehouse High School (2005) as a distinguished scholar, award-winning athlete, and was voted “most talented” by his classmates. After High School, he achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing (2009) from the University of Texas at Tyler. Feeling led by God to further his academic pursuits, Dr. Glover later earned a Master of Christian Ministry (2016) and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Educational Ministry Leadership (2020) from Dallas Baptist University.
Dr. Glover previously served as a High School Bible Teacher at King’s Academy and Pastor of Outreach & Missions at Colonial Hills Baptist Church. His professional background and ministry experience also include pastoral leadership, over 15 years as a marketing professional, and traveling across the nation as an evangelist/public speaker with “The Power Team” (an evangelistic group that performs feats of strength and shares the Gospel with people of all ages).
Dr. Glover loves studying the Bible, proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and inspiring others to fulfill God’s callings in life. He also enjoys serving in music ministry alongside his wife, Emily. The Glovers are blessed with the joy of four children: Mia (14), Carter (9), Luna (5), and Gracie (<1). His hobbies include playing bass guitar, working out, reading a good book, writing, and drawing.

Erin Baggs, Director of Development
I have been at KACS for 14 years, both at the administrative level and as a parent. God has birthed this model in my heart. I am passionate about students knowing their identity in Christ and encouraging families to be intentional with the time God has given them with their children. Prior to KACS, I worked in Arlington ISD in personnel. I have no greater joy than to hear that our students are walking in the truth! 3 John 1:4.

Vickie Williams, Director of Upper Campus Curriculum and Academic Advisor
I am teaching and also serve as the Dean of Curriculum & Instruction and Academic Adviser. I am a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, and I am beginning my 36th year of teaching, 26 of which have been in the Christian school setting. This is my 6th year at King’s. I have served in many capacities, but most of my teaching experience is in the math and science classrooms.

Kristin Broyles, Director of Lower Campus Curriculum
This is my second year at King’s Academy and it has been such a great experience! I taught in Tyler ISD for 15 years teaching 4th and 5th grades, as well as math and reading intervention. I loved teaching in public school, but began feeling God leading me to spend more time with my family. My three kids attend King’s and I have seen how great the university model has been for them. I am so happy to have finally joined the KACS community with them. The kids and families at King’s have been so amazing to work with. It’s such a blessing to be able to do what I love and also have extra time with my family!

Kristen Springer, Athletic Director
I have been involved in athletic administration and/or coaching since 2013. I have a passion and vision for an athletic program that develops student-athletes, not only in their sport but in their walk with Christ as well. At King’s Academy our mission is to develop Championship Character in our athletes which will help to prepare them for life. I am blessed to work with staff and coaches who share the same mission and vison! Go Knights!

Tiffany Madison, Office Administrator and Registrar
I started working at King’s Academy in 2020 as the Office Administrator/Registrar. I’m also now the middle school girls basketball coach for our newly established Lady Knights Basketball program and I absolutely love it! I’ve been married to my wonderful husband Derek for 20 years and we have two kids currently attending King’s, Brayden in 9th grade and Briley in 5th grade. I retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2014 as a Health Care Administrator and we moved to Frankston, Texas, in 2016 to be closer to family. I’m so thankful that God has blessed me with the opportunity to utilize my administrative skills in a Christ-centered environment where I can be close to my kids and minister to others. It’s great to be a part of the King’s Academy Family!

Ashley Hollis, Director of Technology and Communications
Our family has been at King’s Academy since 2012. I went from parent to board member to employee over the years and have loved being involved in our children’s education. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Management Information Systems in 2000 and received my teaching certification from UT Dallas three years later. I have a variety of experience in both technology and teaching, along with staying home with my babies for a while and being a small business owner. In 2001, I married my soulmate, Justin, and we now have 4 children – all enrolled at KACS. I love King’s Academy and all it has to offer our children and family and I look forward to many more years of involvement with this school.

Krista Rosebury, Bookkeeper
I have a degree in Accounting from UT Tyler. I worked as an accountant in the energy industry and was moved into the controller position. Shortly after that, the energy collapse moved my job to Houston. I have been self employed ever since. I do bookkeeping for various businesses. KACS is my most favorite of all the businesses locations!! God has truly led me here to work with some of the most inspirational people.

Dr. Wayne McEntire, Former Head of School
We will miss the leadership and friendship of our former head of school. We are thankful for the years were were able to share with Dr. Wayne McEntire and look forward to the day when we meet him again in Heaven.
“I count myself blessed to be at King’s Academy and I know that it is a divine appointment for such a time as this. I began my journey as an educator at the age of 28 teaching Bible to high school students in Houston. My wife and I homeschooled our older children while living in Gainesville, Texas, and found it to be a family-friendly alternative to conventional schooling. Our older children later attended a five-day Christian school where I was principal. Now, with our two youngest children, we are able to have the advantages of both home school and conventional school in the UMS model.
In addition to serving as a teacher and principal, I have also pastored and worked in other church staff positions over the years. My degrees are in theology and religious education from Louisiana College, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. My wife, Kyla, and I have been married since 1991 and have five children and four grandchildren.”
