In order to apply for KACS Athletic Financial Aid, please complete the following form. Email completed form to the Director of Athletic Discipleship, Evan Young, eyoung@kacs.net (*All financial information submitted is kept confidential, and is only viewed by our AFA Committee).
- Applications must be submitted BEFORE the first practice of the season.
- Our Athletic Financial Aid Committee will process your application and let you know if you’ve been awarded financial aid. (*All Athletic Financial Aid is need-based and is only used for Athletic expenses, such as sport registration fees.)
